Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a supervisor for the pharmacy fulfillment center to oversee daily team activities, provide coaching, and ensure a first-in-class experience for patients and customers. You will monitor day-to-day work and guide staff to meet quality standards while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 4+ years in fulfillment, logistics or centralized service.
• Pharmacy technician licensing by state Board or national certification within mandated timeline and PTCB certification within 12 months.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers and meeting quality standards.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team, coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Resolves and/or provides technical advice on complex or critical issues.
• Determines and initiates appropriate resolution for escalations and reports issues as appropriate.
• Supervises daily activities of all team members for scheduled shift and provides feedback and coaching according to quality standards.
• Responsible for coaching and developing team members and leads.
• Conducts performance reviews with team members, identifies opportunities for development, and recommends sustainable solutions.
• Looks for process improvements and makes recommendations on enhancements.
• Maintains relationships with management to meet department and company objectives.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies (HIPAA, safety, productivity).
