Kroger Co. in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a training-focused operations professional to support pharmacy day-to-day activities and provide technical training across locations. You will partner with the pharmacy practice coordinator to roll out best practices and drive clinical service training.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving to improve efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to Kroger Health’s strategic goals.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years as a certified, senior certified, or lead technician; or management experience.
• Excellent leadership, team building, organization, problem-solving, computer and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and peers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day pharmacy operations and provide training on technical aspects to associates.
• Collaborate with pharmacy practice coordinator to coach, teach, and train on clinical services.
• Observe standards and customer interactions; propose improvements to enhance efficiency and Kroger Health's mission.
• Roll out new best practices and monitor compliance across locations.
• Coach stores on inventory, return to stock, and supply chain policies; support physical inventories.
• Travel to other locations as needed and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
