Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent education/experience.

• Ability to write routine reports and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and lead the pharmacy team to reduce customer wait times.
• Develop and promote sales plans and initiatives for the division pharmacy department.
• Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal laws and corporate policies.
