The role requires Pharm.D. or equivalent, retail pharmacy experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to customer care. Valid pharmacist license and ongoing professional development expected.

Qualificações

• Pharm.D. or PharmD degree from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy
• 2+ years related retail experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Participation in clinical programs per company training
• Ability to pursue ongoing education as needed
• Confidentiality of information
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions
• Proven leadership skills
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing

Responsabilidades

• Perform staff pharmacist duties and lead the pharmacy team
• Develop and promote the division pharmacy department sales plan
• Follow all legal and company requirements as a licensed pharmacist
• Direct team to meet budgeted labor, volume, and inventory goals
• Ensure compliance with controlled substance procedures
• Monitor third-party profitability and handle related issues
• Schedule staff to control labor costs
• Maintain all required pharmacy records
• Lead public health initiatives and disease state management
• Travel as needed to support business needs
• Coach staff and conduct performance reviews
• Perform essential job functions with/without accommodation
