Qualifikationen

• Serve as staff pharmacist and lead pharmacy team, reducing customer wait times
• Develop and promote the division's sales plan and initiatives
• Perform duties expected of a registered pharmacist and comply with legal requirements
• Direct team to meet budgeted labor, volume, and inventory goals
• Monitor controlled substances procedures and audits
• Manage third-party profitability and resolve third-party rejections
• Schedule staff to control labor costs
• Maintain pharmacy records per laws and policies
• Engage in physician detailing and community outreach
• Support public health initiatives and disease state management services
• Travel as needed to support business needs
• Coach staff and conduct performance reviews
