The Kroger Co. is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Certified Technician to support pharmacists, assist with patient services, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will train technicians, ensure accuracy in dispensing, and maintain strict HIPAA compliance and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising reception tasks, data entry, inventory management, and collaboration with store leadership to optimize daily workflow while delivering exceptional customer experiences

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1 year of Pharmacy Certified Technician experience within Kroger or similar.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to meet state requirements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.

Mansioni

• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities excluding those that require a pharmacist's professional judgement.
• Provide stellar customer experience during reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Train and mentor new hire technicians for day-to-day operations.
• Encourage, monitor and assist technicians through the technician training program.
• Oversee inventory management including reconciliations and returns processes.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Lead store-wide meetings and manage scheduling for hourly staff as needed.
