Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee a small-format, high‑standard pharmacy site. You will lead pharmacists and technicians, ensuring safe dispensing, accurate verifications, and on‑time fulfillment while delivering exceptional patient care.

You will drive safety, quality, and customer experience, while coordinating with legal and regulatory teams to maintain licensure and compliance across states.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in required states

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and customer experience of site operations
• Manage daily site operations and CPT times for deliveries
• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and therapy changes
• Set expectations, measure performance, and provide feedback
• Educate staff on policies and quality practices
• Lead Lean initiatives to meet operating plans
• Coordinate with legal and licensing bodies to maintain licensure
• Develop talent and succession planning across the workforce
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws
