Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in required states and active/ unrestricted
• Experience with Lean techniques and process improvement
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and patient safety
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
• 1 year Staff Pharmacist experience within Amazon Pharmacy preferred
• Strong communication and data handling capabilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and customer experience across site operations
• Manage daily operations and CPT times for same‑day deliveries
• Review medication orders for appropriateness and advise prescribers
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and provide feedback to the team
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve processes and reduce costs
• Maintain licensure and compliance with state boards and accrediting bodies
