Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search is recruiting a Pharmacy Manager specializing in mail-order and fulfillment operations. You will lead high-volume pharmacy teams, coordinate workflows, and ensure accurate, compliant, timely medication delivery.

You will supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff, implement ERP-based prescription tracking, and uphold safety and regulatory standards while driving operational efficiency and patient-focused service.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required; PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmacy operations or informatics.
• Experience with Epic, EnterpriseRx, PioneerRx, etc.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily pharmacy operations with compliance and QA.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, stocking, shipping, and equipment.
• Lead and train pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
• Oversee patient services including delivery and care coordination.
