Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations to lead the logistics and workflow execution of our mail-order dispensing pharmacy. You will plan facility layout, manage inventory movement, coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, and ensure an exceptional patient experience by keeping the site organized and fully supplied.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations; central fill pharmacy workflows or pharmaceutical inventory preferred.
• Experience in optimizing fulfillment operations and implementing technology-driven improvements.
• Lean, Six Sigma or other process-improvement methodologies
• Strong people management with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Expertise in inventory control, supply logistics, and vendor relationship management
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with warehouse systems and productivity dashboards (e.g., Tableau) and Excel/Sheets
• Willingness to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA area (Coraopolis)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SLAs, cut-off times, and throughput; adjust labor based on real-time performance data.
• Design and maintain scalable facility layouts and optimize material flow from receiving to outbound.
• Oversee inventory forecasting, receiving, storage, and replenishment (excluding medication handling).
• Lead non-clinical Fulfillment Support Associates and ensure SOP compliance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to align non-clinical ops with regulated pharmacy workflows.
• Partner with Facilities, IT, and Procurement to ensure operational continuity and issue resolution.
