Pivotal Talent Search is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to oversee daily pharmacy fulfillment, lead technicians, and uphold quality and efficiency.

You will train staff, manage onboarding, schedule across shifts, and collaborate with pharmacists to resolve order and shipping issues while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people-management in a high-volume setting.
• Willingness to obtain Illinois Pharmacy Technician license and CPhT.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of pharmacy technicians with performance coaching.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and SOP adherence.
• Support scheduling and staffing across shifts.
• Manage end-to-end fulfillment: picking, packing, shipping.
• Serve as on-floor contact for operational issues.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation equipment.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a clean, inspection-ready environment and assist as needed.
