Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Current pharmacist license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations including dispensing, verification, workflow, and team scheduling.
• Provide patient counselling and collaborate with prescribers to resolve medication-related issues.
• Supervise, coach and train pharmacists and staff.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor performance metrics such as turnaround time, accuracy, and patient satisfaction.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Support budgeting, workflow optimization, and technology implementation.
