Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (Hims & Hers) seeks an Operations Manager, Pharmacy to lead the mail-order pharmacy team, oversee pharmacists and technicians, and ensure safe, compliant, efficient operations in a digital environment.

The role is based in a 24/7 facility with cross- regional responsibilities. You will hire, schedule, and coach staff, drive process improvements, and coordinate with senior leaders to scale operations while maintaining exceptional patient care and regulatory

Qualifications

Pharmacy degree and active license in home state; multi-state licensing may be required.
5–7 years of pharmacy supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
Ability to work flexible shift times and long hours.

Responsibilities

Oversee pharmacist and technician workflow within the dispense and fulfillment pharmacy.
Lead daily huddles to drive performance, share updates, and communicate process improvements.
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations, including licensing and training requirements.
Support and develop Area Managers and Leads in achieving operational excellence and scalability.
Execute company strategies at the fulfillment level, ensuring alignment with pharmacy goals.
Coordinate new process rollouts and implementation with cross-functional operations leaders.
Collaborate on SOP development and improvement with Senior Ops Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge.
Uphold HIPAA, FDA, and State Board of Pharmacy regulations regarding patient safety and PHI.
