Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search is recruiting a Pharmacy Manager specializing in mail-order and fulfillment operations. You will lead high-volume pharmacy teams, coordinate workflows, and ensure accurate, compliant, timely medication delivery.

You will supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff, implement ERP-based prescription tracking, and uphold safety and regulatory standards while driving operational efficiency and patient-focused service.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required; PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmacy operations or informatics.

Responsibilities

Skilled in implementing structured communication systems across shifts, reinforcing safety and regulatory standards, and driving operational efficiency. Adept at supervising diverse pharmacy staff, resolving bottlenecks, and sustaining a culture of accountability and patient-focused service. Strong background in automation systems, process documentation, and OSHA-conscious operations to support reliable medication distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management — Direct daily pharmacy operations, compliance, quality assurance, and workflow optimization.
• Inventory Control — Manage ordering, stocking, shipping, and medical equipment.
• Team Leadership — Train, supervise, and develop pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related field (PharmD preferred).
• 5+ years in pharmacy operations or informatics.
• Experience with pharmacy systems (Epic, EnterpriseRx, PioneerRx, etc.).
• Strong leadership, compliance, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Licensure in Indiana.
• Experience with automation, robotics, or warehouse systems.
• Project Management or Pharmacy Informatics certification.
