Amerita is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead the branch pharmacy operations, including staffing, inventory, dispensing, and quality improvements. You will oversee pharmaceutical services for the service area and ensure patient outcomes are documented and reported.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and collaboration with management to optimize daily operations while delivering high-quality patient care in a home infusion setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in state.
• Experience in pharmacy operations and long-term care.
• Solid knowledge of federal/state pharmacy laws.
• Proficient with pharmacy management software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and standards.
• Supervise pharmacy staff in scheduling, purchasing, and clinical duties.
• Collaborate with management to run efficient daily operations.
• Provide clinical and technical support to staff.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Enforce safe procurement, storage, distribution.
