Job summary
Amerita, a branch-focused home infusion provider, seeks a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead pharmacy operations, budgeting, and compliance at the Fort Worth site. You will steer inventory, dispensing, and patient care processes while ensuring cost-effective practices and high-quality service.
You will hire, coach, and evaluate staff, optimize schedules, and collaborate with regional sales to grow the branch, all within federal and state regulations and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
- Experience leading pharmacy operations and teams.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards.
- Ability to develop and manage branch budgets and optimize costs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall operational and financial performance of the branch.
- Develop and manage branch budget and P&L.
- Hire and coach staff; set performance expectations.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, dispensing, and delivery operations.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and accreditation standards.
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure high-quality service.
- Improve staff productivity and optimize schedules.
- Partner with regional sales to support branch growth.
- Lead quality improvement programs and audits.
- Prepare monthly statistics and reports on pharmacy operations.
