Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare experience, including 1 year in a managerial role.
• Broad knowledge of home infusion, pharmacy, and nursing regulations required.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of the pharmacy.
• Direct pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction trends and resolve grievances.
