Amerita is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead operations at its branch. This managerial role involves overseeing pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmacy or healthcare administration and extensive experience in operations and management. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction in a growing home infusion

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years health care experience, including one year in a managerial role.
• Licensed with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of practice.
• Broad knowledge of home infusion and pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and financial performance of the assigned pharmacy location.
• Hires, coaches, evaluates and disciplines branch staff.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develops and implements local Quality Improvement programs.
• Monitors branch performance through audits and customer feedback.
