Amerita, Inc. seeks a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead the branch pharmacy operations, including care activities, inventory, dispensing, and staff oversight. You will ensure quality patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with regional teams.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a valid license, and at least five years in healthcare with managerial experience. Shift is Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and licensure as required.
• Minimum five years healthcare experience with at least one year in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of home infusion, pharmacy and nursing regulations.
• Excellent organization and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees branch pharmacy operations, including care activities and patient outcomes.
• Manages budgeting, profit/loss, inventory, and dispensing processes.
• Hires, coaches, evaluates and disciplines branch staff.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and accreditation standards.
• Directs clinical programs, quality improvement, and contract operations.
• Coordinates intake, patient records, care planning and pharmacokinetic programming.
• Monitors customer satisfaction and drives continuous improvement.
