Job summary

Meijer Inc. Pharmacy leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, and pharmacist and technician performance. Responsibilities include patient safety, clinical services, inventory control, and policy compliance.

You will mentor team members, train staff, and ensure high-quality customer service while executing pharmacy programs and maintaining regulatory compliance across the Michigan unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy is required.
• Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Staffing selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Conduct performance reviews of pharmacists and technicians.
• Document and apply disciplinary actions.
• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Implement and execute pharmacy programs including finances, clinical services, labor and inventory.
