Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (B.S. or PharmD) and active licensure in the practice state.
• Immunization pharmacist certification (Indiana exempt) and retail/Community practice experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy policies, procedures and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions accurately and maintain patient relationships.
• Supervise technicians and expand pharmacy services.
• Provide patient education and immunization services where allowed.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer policies and applicable laws.
