Meijer Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist leader to plan, direct and supervise day-to-day pharmacy operations. You will hire staff, manage performance, fill prescriptions, oversee inventory, and drive clinical services while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications
- Pharmacist licensed in the state of practice.
- Doctorate or PharmD degree required.
- Immunization certification and CPR certification required.
- Minimum 3 years in retail/community practice; 1 year leadership preferred.
- Strong leadership, patient safety and compliance focus.
Responsibilities
- Staffing selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
- Conduct performance reviews for pharmacists and technicians.
- Document and apply disciplinary actions as needed.
- Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
- Lead pharmacy programs including financials, clinical services and inventory.
- Educate and mentor pharmacy staff to build strong teams.
- Motivate team members to achieve high performance.
- Ensure compliance with Meijer policies and state/federal laws.
- Oversee clinical services such as immunizations where allowed.
- Communicate effectively and prioritize workload.
