Qualifications

• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store operations to drive associate engagement and communicate pharmacy strategy.
• Ensure accuracy of prescriptions via Drug Utilization Review and QA.
• Grow script volume through MTM and clinical programs including immunization.
• Manage inventory and pricing to maximize profits.
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy staff, including training and scheduling.
• Maintain security and compliance with regulations.
• Resolve customer issues to build trust and loyalty.
