Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Pharmacy and Immunization Certification.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of prescriptions via Drug Utilization Review and QA.
• Grow script volume through immunization and MTM programs.
• Align department objectives with measurable metrics.
• Assist inventory control and oversee stock to meet demand.
• Provide excellent healthcare counseling to customers.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff on duty.
• Train and coach associates; assist Pharmacy Manager as needed.
• Take management responsibility in the Pharmacy Manager's absence.
• Maintain security and comply with laws and regulations.
• Interact with physicians to resolve prescription issues.
