Weis Markets is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead the Rx department. You will supervise pharmacists and staff, ensure prescription accuracy and regulatory compliance, and drive growth through immunization and MTM programs.

Qualifications

• BS, PharmD or equivalent in Pharmacy.
• Two (2) years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e., APhA) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Rx department operations and staff.
• Ensure accuracy and quality assurance of prescriptions per regulations.
• Drive script growth through immunization and MTM programs.
• Maintain department security and manage inventory control.
