Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS), Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.), or equivalent in Pharmacy, two (2) years of retail pharmacy experience, and Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e., APhA) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains collaborative relationships with store operations and drives associate engagement.
• Ensures accuracy of prescriptions through Drug Utilization Review and QA per Board regulations.
• Manages the Rx department to drive profitability and growth through immunization and MTM programs.
• Supervises pharmacists and staff, directs training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintains security of the pharmacy department and handles customer issues to build trust.
