Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required.
• PHARM.D. degree or equivalent required.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (APhA) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance per state/federal regulations.
• Promote clinic programs including immunization and MTM to drive patient care and growth.
• Manage inventories and department metrics; collaborate with Pharmacy Manager to optimize stock and profitability.
