Ascension Health in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Pharmacy Leader for St. Joseph's Hospital to oversee daily operations, drive medication safety, and mentor pharmacists and students. The role is based in the Pharmacy Department and requires full-time effort to support patient care needs.

Operational Leadership: Oversee and streamline daily pharmacy operations to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality patient care.
Clinical Excellence & Safety: Champion performance improvement initiatives, focusing on medication safety, medication use evaluations (MUEs), and cost-effective pharmacoeconomic strategies.
Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of dedicated pharmacists, pharmacy residents, and pharmacy students through ongoing competency assessments and tailored training programs.
Financial Stewardship: Manage and optimize the departmental budget, balancing high-standard clinical care with smart pharmacoeconomic practice.
Regulatory Oversight: Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and Board of Pharmacy regulations and guidelines.
