Ascension St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg unit on a full-time night shift. You will oversee personalized care plans, monitor patient safety, and coordinate multidisciplinary care to ensure a seamless treatment experience.
You will also lead discharge planning to prepare patients and families for success after care. The role requires RN licensure, BLS within 30 days, and a nursing diploma.

Oversee and execute personalized care plans to ensure every patient reaches their health goals safely.
Maintain patient safety through vigilant monitoring and real-time communication of changing conditions to the medical team.
Act as the central coordinator between all medical disciplines to ensure a seamless and unified treatment experience.
Lead the discharge planning process to ensure patients and families are fully prepared for success after they leave our care.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
36 hours a week | Nights, 7 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend and rotating holidays
