Job summary

Ascension is seeking a part-time receptionist/clerical associate in Milwaukee, WI within a Cardiology facility. You will greet visitors, manage check-in/out, schedule appointments, verify demographics, and secure insurance authorizations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or related experience) and offers standard clerical responsibilities including telephone screening and message taking. Working hours are Mon/Thu/Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 hours weekly.
