Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Pharmacy leader to oversee all aspects of pharmacy practice within state and federal laws and corporate policies. You will manage the pharmacy budget, staff development, customer service excellence, pricing, inventory, and clinical service implementation while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include directing the pharmacy team, optimizing labor costs, supervising staff, and promoting health initiatives. A Pharm.D.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Pharm.D. from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy.
2+ years of related retail experience.
Minimum 21 years of age.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
License must be in good standing.

Responsibilities

Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model pharmacy team behavior.
Develop, supervise, and promote sales initiatives by the division pharmacy department.
Direct the pharmacy team to achieve budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals.
Monitor third-party profitability; handle third-party problems, rejections, and audits.
Schedule staff to control labor costs and maintain efficiency.
Maintain all pharmacy records required by laws and company policies.
Promote public health initiatives and disease state management services.
Travel as needed to support business needs.
