Job summary

Kroger, operating King Soopers banners, seeks a licensed staff pharmacist to manage all aspects of the pharmacy department within legal and corporate policies. You will lead the pharmacy team, drive budget adherence, optimize pricing and inventory, supervise staff, and promote public health initiatives. A Pharm.D. or U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Pharm.D. from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy
2+ years related retail experience or equivalent
Proven leadership skills
License must be in good standing
Commitment to excellent customer service

Responsibilities

Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and lead the pharmacy team
Develop and promote sales plans and initiatives for the division pharmacy department
Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals
Manage third-party profitability and handle rejections and audits
Schedule staff to control labor costs
Maintain required pharmacy records per laws and policies
Promote public health initiatives and disease state management services
