Qualifications

• Pharmacist license valid in the state.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model leadership.
• Develop and promote sales plans and departmental initiatives.
• Fulfill duties of a registered pharmacist and comply with laws and policies.
• Direct team to optimize warehouse utilization and reduce overstock.
• Ensure proper ordering and inventory record keeping.
• Comply with controlled substance procedures.
• Monitor third-party profitability and handle rejections and audits.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs.
• Maintain required pharmacy records and meet budget goals.
• Provide clinical services and participate in public health initiatives.
• Travel as needed to support business needs.
• Coach staff and conduct performance reviews.
