Job summary
Kroger is seeking a pharmacist leader to manage all aspects of the pharmacy practice within state and federal laws and company policies. You will optimize financial performance, oversee staffing, pricing, inventory, and clinical services while upholding Kroger's values of respect, integrity, and safety.
The role requires supervising staff, developing training, and maintaining records; travel may be required to support business needs.

Responsibilities
- Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model professionalism
- Develop, implement, and promote sales initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
- Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted goals
- Monitor third-party profitability and handle audits
- Schedule staff to control labor costs
- Maintain required pharmacy records
- Lead detailing with local physicians and community targets
- Promote public health initiatives and disease state management
- Travel as needed to support business needs
- Coach staff and conduct performance reviews
- Perform essential job functions with/without accommodations
