Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree with licensure in good standing (State Pharmacist License)
• 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent education/experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Participation in clinical programs following company-sponsored training
• Commitment to continuing education and customer service excellence
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of information and read/interpret prescriptions

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model professional conduct
• Develop and promote sales initiatives as directed by the division pharmacy department
• Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, and inventory goals
• Ensure proper inventory control, ordering procedures, and loss prevention
• Monitor third-party profitability and handle claims and audits promptly
• Schedule staff to optimize labor costs and efficiency
• Maintain records required by law and company policies
• Engage with physicians and community targets to promote health initiatives
