Qualifications

• Active Florida pharmacy technician license or CPhT.
• 1+ year health system pharmacy experience with workflows.
• Interest in configuring and maintaining pharmacy and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support Epic Willow modules and pharmacy systems.
• Provide daily technical and operational support for pharmacy apps.
• Assist in testing fixes, upgrades, and major version changes.
• Collaborate to optimize workflows and improve patient safety.
• Maintain documentation and assist end-user training.
