Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, develop SOPs, and automate reporting. You will partner with Finance, Compliance, Data, Product and Engineering to strengthen controls and ensure patient safety through accurate stock management.

You will oversee cycle counts, reconciliation investigations, KPI tracking, and dashboard creation, while training staff and supporting audits and new locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or related field.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigations.
• Strong data analysis and root-cause skills using operation data and SOPs.
• Knowledge of ERP/Inventory systems and loss prevention.
• Experience creating inventory reports and dashboards.
• Experience training staff and implementing SOPs in inventory.

Responsabilités

• Lead inventory control across pharmacy operations (physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations).
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce losses and shrink.
• Establish standard processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Ops, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team with clear performance metrics.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations and expansions.
