Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control across pharmacy operations, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies. You will transform data into actionable process improvements, improve accuracy, and support regulatory compliance and patient safety.

You will partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, and Engineering to strengthen controls, develop SOPs, train staff, and automate reporting across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, supply chain, or related environments.
• Experience leading inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, aging, loss prevention.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and data reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with SQL, BI tools (Looker/Power BI) and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments and waste.
• Establish standard processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns and disposition.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory staff and measure performance.
• Support audits and expansions of pharmacy locations.
