Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Manager to oversee pharmacy inventory across locations in the United States. You will lead cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations while driving standardized receiving, put-away, and disposition processes.

You will develop SOPs, train staff, monitor KPIs, and build dashboards to highlight risks and trends. Travel up to 25% and eligibility for incentives are included.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or operations.
• Experience leading inventory controls in healthcare or pharma settings.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and ERP tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and cycle counts.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs and shrink.
• Develop SOPs and training for inventory processes and audits.
• Create dashboards with KPI dashboards on stock levels and turns.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to strengthen controls.
