Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will analyze data, reduce discrepancies, and build standardized processes for end-to-end inventory handling.

You will partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, and Data teams to strengthen controls, develop SOPs, and train staff. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience in supply chain/operations.
• Experience managing inventory within healthcare/pharmacy operations or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or equivalent with pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience using inventory management, ERP, or similar systems.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
