Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and drive standardized processes. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and partner with multiple teams to strengthen controls and reduce discrepancies.

Responsibilities include leading cycle counts, SOP development, audits support, and training staff while managing inventory across locations. Travel up to 25% and remote work options may apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; experience also accepted.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, or similar environments.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using inventory transactions and operational data.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods including cycle-count programs, adjustment controls, aging, and loss prevention.
• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or KPIs.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs and inventory controls.
• Experience training employees on inventory systems and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations.
• Analyze inventory data to reduce adjustments, write-offs, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members and set performance metrics.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
