Fuze Health Inc. seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacist inventory programs, drive reduction of write-offs, and standardize receiving, movement, and disposition processes. You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and train the team while collaborating with Finance, Compliance, and Engineering.

Travel up to 25% may be required, with an incentive bonus eligible program. The role emphasizes audits, regulatory readiness, and scalable inventory controls across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, or distribution.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using operational data and processes.
• Working knowledge of inventory control methods and loss prevention.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including counts and reconciliations.
• Analyze data to reduce adjustments, write-offs, and excess inventory.
• Establish standard processes for receiving, put-away, dispensing, returns, and disposition.
• Monitor efficiency metrics like days on hand and inventory turns.
• Create dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and audits.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Automate reporting and improve inventory systems.
