Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to drive the go‑to‑market strategy for the unified FuzeRx brand and optimize inventory integrity across pharmacy operations.

You will lead cycle counts, reconciliations and discrepancy investigations, translating data into actionable process improvements. You will collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance to strengthen controls, build dashboards, and develop SOPs while supporting regulatory requirements

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience in inventory control within pharmacy operations or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations (physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations).
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, and disposition.
