Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead programs across pharmacy operations, drive accuracy, and optimize inventory through standard processes and data-driven insights.

You will partner with multiple departments to strengthen controls, develop SOPs, and support audits and expansions. Travel up to 25% and a remote-friendly environment are typical for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or relevant work experience.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, or similar.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using inventory data and processes.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, aging, loss prevention, and reconciliations.
• Experience with inventory systems/ERP and data visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or KPIs.
• Experience developing SOPs and inventory controls and training staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, and disposal.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turnover, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members and measure performance.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
