Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories and cycle counts. You will analyze data to reduce write-offs and establish standardized processes for receiving, movement, and disposition.

You will build dashboards, partner with multiple teams, and develop SOPs while driving improvements to inventory systems and reporting. Travel up to 25% and an incentive bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations or healthcare supply chains.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using data and process documents.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methods and loss prevention.
• Experience with ERP/warehouse systems and BI tools like Looker/Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigations.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, and disposition.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPI trends.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks and performance.
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product and Engineering.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate controls and reporting; lead training for staff.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
