Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead go-to-market and inventory integrity for the unified FuzeRx brand. You will investigate discrepancies, build controls, and improve accuracy across complex pharmacy operations.

You will analyze inventory data, reduce write-offs, and develop SOPs, dashboards, and training to ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with WMS (Tecsys preferred) and inventory control in pharma/healthcare.
• Ability to analyze inventory data and identify root causes.
• Strong Excel, SQL and BI tool experience for reporting.
• Experience leading inventories, cycles counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Experience creating SOPs and training employees on controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and cycle counts.
• Analyze data to reduce write-offs, shrink and obsolescence.
• Establish standard receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing and disposition processes.
• Monitor KPIs like days on hand and inventory turns.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements and regulatory traceability.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials; improve systems and automation.
