Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice within our retail pharmacy teams. You will follow a structured training roadmap, work under a licensed pharmacist, and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations.

The role involves learning SOPs, performing prescription fulfillment tasks, and contributing to patient care through counseling and immunizations where allowed by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must hold or be pursuing valid intern and/or technician licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Support immunizations and patient counseling under supervision.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and empathetic patient interactions.
• Participate in required training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
