Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice within our pharmacy teams. You will gain hands-on experience in filling prescriptions, customer service, and SOP adherence under a licensed pharmacist.

This role provides exposure to store, district, and regional operations, with opportunities to learn about immunizations, patient counseling, and comprehensive pharmacy workflows across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an ACPE-accredited College or School of Pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacists and technicians with prescription processing and customer service.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to ensure safe and accurate dispensing and patient care.
• Support immunization services and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain inventory and store operations.
