Job summary

CVS Health in Elyria, Ohio is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role. Under the supervision of a preceptor, you will complete a training roadmap and gain hands-on experience across pharmacy operations, patient care, and teamwork.

You will assist with prescription processing, immunizations support, counseling, inventory, and compliance with SOPs to ensure safe, accurate service and a caring patient experience.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited pharmacy program enrollment or admission.
• Pursuing intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with dispensing, patient counseling, and service delivery.
• Support immunization services and medication-related information under supervision.
• Maintain inventory, safety, and SOP compliance in daily workflow.
