Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning in real-world pharmacy settings within our Retail locations. Under a preceptor, you will follow a comprehensive training roadmap and support the team to ensure safe, accurate prescription processing and excellent patient service.

You will gain hands-on experience through KLEs, SOP adherence, and expanded clinical knowledge while preparing for a Pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely and accurately.
• Learn SOPs, demonstrate empathy and deliver caring service to patients.
